Sky-high office

The project was developed as part of my work with the Origameo by HB Reavis team, where I was a lead architect.

The company's relocation of its main headquarters to Varso Tower, boasting stunning views, was a natural consequence of its dynamic growth. The new office was designed to serve as a "command center,"as well as a strategic meeting place with business partners and domestic and international branch coordinators.

A key element of the project was to support the company's strategy of becoming a zero-emission company by 2025. The office, located in a building with prestigious BREEAM (Outstanding) and WELL (Gold) certifications, reflected TTMS's commitment to creating an employee-friendly and environmentally responsible space.

Diverse working styles

The office design combines private offices with open-plan space, creating an environment conducive to both focused work and sheduled / spontanious collaboration. Special attention was paid to ensuring excellent acoustics, which significantly enhances working comfort.

Additionally, each department was given customized touches that reflect its unique character, while remaining in harmony with the uniform and cohesive design of the entire office.

Openess in the office

The project is focused on the functional redefinition of the space. The goal was to create divisions between different departments while maintaining a sense of visual openness in the office.

An open office layout reflects the transparency and good relationships among employees.

The office's aesthetic is minimalist, with a design that features simple elements. The furniture and greenery used in the project, enhanced the interior, giving it a cozy and work-conducive atmosphere.

Acoustics first

In this office design project, acoustics are the priority. The main goal was to create a space that supports concentration and effective communication while minimizing noise.

The office has been divided into distinct zones: quiet areas for focused work, spaces for spontaneous meetings and creative discussions, and separate conference rooms, which prevents the spread of sound.

Specialist sound-absorbing materials were used to reduce reverberation and absorb noise in the open-plan office.

Scope for change

Designed with the principles of quiet luxury, this office space offers a refined experience. The atmosphere is shaped by a bold palette of deep navy and matte black, which provides a sense of calm and concentration. This rich darkness is elegantly contrasted with light wood furniture and accents, creating a harmonious balance between modern sophistication and natural warmth.

Acoustic panels, seamlessly integrated into the walls and ceiling, absorb sound to maintain a tranquil and focused ambiance. The most distinctive feature, however, is its forward-thinking modularity.

Select meeting rooms and executive offices have been designed for future transformation, allowing them to be effortlessly reconfigured into new workstations.
